We always ensure units are kept up to date ready for the next valued customer as we've seen in the above paragraphs, but we have to maintain our units. This is done by constant replacement of units, however, sometimes when a unit interior is still in excellent condition, it may simply need an external re-paint to ensure it stays looking great.
